What is your exchange/ refund policy?

If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you purchased from Shop Sonny James, we will gladly refund any unwashed and unworn items within 30 days of purchase date. If you would like to schedule a return, please email our team at hello@shopsonnyjames.com. All refunds will be credited to the original form of payment and processed within 5 to 7 days of receipt of item.

Please include a copy of your invoice, the items you are returning, and reason for your return. If you would like to exchange for a different size please include that information in the package.

Please note you are responsible for return shipping and tracking.

All international purchases are final. International orders may be subject to duties and/or taxes, they are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

 

Where is my order?

All Orders are shipped using either USPS or UPS, depending on service selected at checkout.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order, excluding major holidays. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

 

How do I wash the products?

Our products are machine washable in cold water on the gentle cycle with mild detergent and tumble dry low or line dry.
